Anosync ("we," "our," or "us") operates the CollecSync mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use the App.
1. Information We Collect
Camera and Photos
CollecSync uses your device's camera to scan and identify trading cards. Captured images are processed to detect and identify cards you scan. We do not store your raw camera images beyond what is needed to complete card identification.
Collection Data
Information about the cards you scan and add to your personal collection is stored so you can view and manage your collection within the App.
Device and Usage Data
We may collect basic technical information such as device type, operating system version, and app crash logs to help us improve app stability and performance.

- Maintain and display your personal card collection
- Improve the accuracy of our card recognition technology

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your data with third parties except:
- Where required by law
- With service providers who help us operate the App (e.g., cloud hosting), under confidentiality obligations
4. Data Storage and Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure.
5. Your Choices
You can:
- Deny camera permission at any time via your device settings (this will limit core App functionality)
- Delete your collection data by uninstalling the App, or by contacting us using the details below

6. Children's Privacy
CollecSync is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
