CollecSync
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the CollecSync mobile application (the "App"), operated by Anosync ("we," "our," or "us"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App. If you are under the age of 13, you may not use the App — see our Privacy Policy for more.
2. Licence to Use the App
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App for your own card collecting. You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to extract the App's recognition models or bundled data
- Use the App to build a competing dataset or service
- Interfere with, overload or attempt to gain unauthorised access to our servers
- Use the App in any way that breaks applicable law
3. Accounts
You can scan and store cards without an account. If you create one to sync your collection across devices, you are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.
4. Your Content
Your collection, binders, notes and settings are yours. We claim no ownership over them. We store and process them only to provide the App's features to you, as described in the Privacy Policy. You can remove them at any time by deleting your account.
5. Card Data and Prices
Card information and market prices shown in the App are provided for reference only. They are drawn from public marketplace data, refreshed periodically, and may be inaccurate, delayed, or out of date.
Prices in the App are not an appraisal and are not financial advice. Do not rely on them alone when buying, selling, insuring or grading cards.
6. Third-Party Intellectual Property
CollecSync is an independent tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Nintendo, The Pokémon Company, Wizards of the Coast, Konami, Bandai, Disney, Bushiroad, Lucasfilm, Square Enix, or any other trading card game publisher. All card names, artwork, logos and trademarks are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.
7. Availability and Changes
We may add, change, or remove features, and we may suspend or discontinue the App or parts of it. Where a change materially affects how you use the App, we'll make a reasonable effort to let you know in advance.
8. Disclaimer and Liability
The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and accuracy of card recognition or pricing.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Anosync is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or collection value arising from your use of the App. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
9. Termination
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it, and you may delete your account as described on the account deletion page. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are breached.
