Features

Built for people with
a lot of cards

Every part of CollecSync is designed around one loop: scan fast, find it later, know what it's worth.

Instant recognition

A neural matcher runs on your phone's own hardware and identifies a card the moment it fills the frame — no shutter button, no waiting on a server.

Works with no signal

Card data lives on your device, not in the cloud. Scan at a convention hall, in a shop basement, or on a plane — it behaves exactly the same.

Binders that make sense

Group cards into binders the way you actually store them — by set, by deck, by trade pile. A card can live in as many binders as you like.

Live market value

Each card carries a current market price, converted to your own currency, so you always know what the shelf behind you is worth.

Synced across devices

Sign in and your collection, binders and notes follow you to any phone or tablet. Stay signed out and everything simply stays local.

Share cards beautifully

Turn any card into a holo-styled image built from its own colours — ready to drop into a trade thread or a story in one tap.

How it works

From shoebox to catalogue
in an afternoon

Pick your games

Choose the card games you collect. CollecSync downloads each one's recognition data once, then keeps it on your device.

Point and scan

Hold a card in frame. It's identified and added before you've reached for the next one — flip through a stack at your own pace.

Sort into binders

Drop cards into binders, add notes and quantities, and mark the ones you're keeping, selling, or hunting.

Track the value

Watch what your collection is worth over time in your own currency — per card, per binder, or all of it at once.

Your camera feed never leaves your phone

Most scanning apps ship your photos to a server to be identified. CollecSync doesn't — recognition happens locally, which is also why it works with the signal bars empty.

  • Images aren't kept. Camera images are processed to identify the card in frame, and we don't store your raw images beyond what identification needs.
  • Matched on your device. Recognition runs on your phone's own hardware, which is why scanning keeps working with no signal.
  • We don't sell your data. It goes to no third party except where the law requires it, or to the service providers that host the App under confidentiality obligations.
  • An account is optional. Sign in only if you want your collection synced. Scanning works fine without one.
  • Leave whenever. Request account deletion and everything tied to your account is removed within 30 days.
Questions

Good to know

Does CollecSync cost anything?

The app is free to download and free to scan with. If we ever add paid features, existing functionality stays available — we'll say clearly what changes before it changes.

Do I need an internet connection?

Only for the first download of each game's card data, and for live prices and syncing. Recognition itself runs entirely on your device, so scanning keeps working offline.

How accurate is the recognition?

It matches on card artwork, so it handles reprints, alternate arts and foils across sets. Heavily damaged, sleeved-and-glared, or custom cards can still trip it up — you can always correct a match by hand.

Which languages can it read?

Cards printed in multiple languages are supported per game, and the app interface itself is available in 12 languages including English, Japanese, Chinese (Simplified and Traditional), Spanish, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, Thai and Indonesian.

Where do the prices come from?

Market prices come from public marketplace data and are refreshed regularly, then converted into your chosen currency. Treat them as a guide for what a card is trading at, not a formal appraisal.

How do I delete my data?

Uninstalling the App removes the data held on your device. To remove the account itself and everything stored with it, send a deletion request — we process it within 30 days. See Delete your account for the steps.
